Daredevil Representative Swiss Skydiver Wins 145^th Preakness Stakes

Swiss Skydiver (Daredevil – Expo Gold / Johannesburg), one of the representatives of TJK Stallion Daredevil in USA, won 145^th Preakness Stakes, the last leg of Triple Crown, on 03 October, at the Pimlico Racecourse, and went down in history as the 6^th filly to win this important race.

2020 Kentucky Derby winner Authentic (Into Mischief – Flawless / Mr Greeley) finished the race on 1900 meters on dirt in second place. Winner Swiss Skydiver finished the race with her jockey Robby Albarado in 1.53.28, which is the second best time of Preakness Stakes, after the champion thoroughbred Secretariat (1.53.00).

Swiss Skydiver was purchased for 35.000 USD at the Keeneland Sales in 2018, and left Maiden at the first start of its career on 16 November 2019. The successful thoroughbred finished 3rd at the G2 race on 15 February this year and then obtained its first Group victory at the G2 Gulfstream Park Oaks. Its victory at the G3 Fantasy Stakes at Oaklawn Park in May was followed by an easy win at the G2 Santa Anita Oaks. Swiss Skydiver, being one of the first generation representatives of our stallion Daredevil, was placed second at the G2 Blue Grass Stakes in Keeneland. Alabama Stakes in August, brought the first G1 victory to Swiss Skydiver. She has recently finished 146^th Kentucky Oaks in second place, following Shedaresthedevil, another successful representative of Daredevil.
