Daredevil’s Daughter Shedaresthedevil Wins G1 Clement L. Hirsch Stakes

The progenies of TJK Stallions keep winning important races abroad.

Daredevil’s daughter Shedaresthedevil (Daredevil – Starship Warpspeed / Congrats) won G1 Clement L. Hirsch Stakes with her jockey Florent Geroux on Sunday, 01 August at Del Mar.

The race was held on 1700 meters on dirt track and the finish time for the winner Shedaresthedevil, trained by Brad Cox was 1.45.38.

Shedaresthedevil was purchased from the Keeneland’s November Sales, as a 2 year-old, for 280.000 USD. She got her first victory at her first start on 13 June 2019. Winning G3 Honeybee Stakes last year, Shedaresthedevil is the first Group race winner progeny of Daredevil.

Shedaresthedevil finished the 146^th Kentucky Oaks in first place with a record finish time, ahead of Daredevil’s G1 Preakness Stakes and G1 Alabama Stakes winner daughter Swiss Skydiver. She also won the G2 Azeri Stakes, being her first start this year, ahead of our stallion Super Saver’s daughter Letruska. Following her G1 La Troienne Stakes victory, she finished G1 Ogden Phipps Stakes, won by Letruska, in third place.

At the 15^th start of her racing career in G1 Clement L. Hirsch Stakes, Shedaresthedevil got the 3^rd Group 1, and 6^th Group race victories. The number of the races she has won so far, has become 8.

With her G1 Clement L. Hirsch Stakes victory, Shedaresthedevil earned a right to enter Breeders’ Cup Distaff, which will be held on 06 November in Del Mar.
